

BOOKING POLICY // CANCELATION POLICY
Please read below our booking policy before booking
For Dual Bookings please call 0262957072 they cannot be made online. We do not do group bookings.
Securing a booking - We require a deposit on booking -the deposit on the service can seen & paid through our online booking portal or over the phone.
*This is a non-refundable deposit, it can be added as a salon credit and can be transferred if you need to move your booking to another time/day. If a cancelation policy comes into action you will need to secure appointment again.
Redeeming a Gift Card/Voucher - You will need to call to book
We do require Gift Card Number to secure booking. If you fail to show to your appointment, the gift card is forfeited.
What if you need to cancel or schedule? As treatments times are especially reserved for you, we respectfully ask for as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. If you last minute on the day cancel, re-schedule or no show fees do apply. 20% re -schedule fee day before booking | 50% fee for last minute on the day cancelation | 100% no show fee.
When do you arrive for your reservation?
We request you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This will allow yourself time to change & for first time clients this allows you to complete any essential consultation forms.
What if you are late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment & your payment will remain unchanged. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatments
